Public Health Nurses will be at Marshview on November 8th to administer vaccinations to our grade 7 students. Students will receive the tetanus, diptheria and whooping cough vaccine and the HPV vaccine (2 doses, second dose on Mary 15, 2024)

Please follow the instructions below regardless of whether you are accepting or refusing these vaccines for your child:

• Complete and submit the online consent form before September 19, 2023, using this link: www.snb.ca/vaccine
• Submit only ONE form per child.
