Public Health Nurses will be at Marshview on October 14th to administer vaccinations to our grade 7 students. Students will receive the tetanus, diphtheria and whooping cough vaccine and the HPV vaccine (2 doses)

We ask that you follow the steps below, whether you accept or decline vaccination for your child:

• Read the vaccine information sheets by clicking the following links:

Protect your child against human papillomavirus (HPV)  

• Complete and submit the online consent form at Consent for Immunizations or by scanning the QR code below, no later than September 30^th, 2026. 

SUBMIT ONLY ONE CONSENT FORM PER CHILD
